Terra Emota was a well-attended opening, especially given all the events taking place that night in Jim Thorpe, and all visitors were in a light-hearted holiday mood. Chip Forelli's work spanned 20 years of images from New Zealand to Pennsylvania, Italy to New York City, all sharing the finely crafted and thoughtfully and patiently conceived look that is Forelli's trademark. Visitors were amazed by the diversity of subjects and compositions and their consistent beauty. As with most Dakota Ridge openings, the evening drew to a close the next morning, with Forelli, his wife Gloria and their three boys finally leaving Jim Thorpe for their home in Damascus, PA after midnight.

As the owner of the gallery, I feel a distinct sense of excitement to have Chip's work, and so much of it, in my gallery and I look forward to bringing it to the attention of as wide an audience as possible.
